Ferns grow naturally from the tip of South America to Alaska. Many do very
well in residential and commercial landscapes and as interior-scape plantings.
We invite you to browse these fern description pages. Santa Rosa Tropicals has
all of these varieties available for sale to commercial nurseries.
If you are attracted to a fern for home use that isn't available at your
local garden center, please tell them about our web site and ask them to
contact us for help in locating a particular fern for you.
In the thumbnail sketches below we've included the plant's zone rating for your help. The "zone" number given to a plant refers to a U.S. Dept. of Agriculture (USDA) map that describes the temperature zones of the country to help decide what plants will survive in which areas.
